This is especially true for most service businesses where for example carpet cleaner companies bid against each other until they essentially are working for free. The chemical blends the repaired area back in with the surrounding area. I have no idea how it works but it was pretty amazing.  Cost for all materials including training ranges $500 - $1000 which is a pretty cheap investment to start a business.  The learning curve should be less than a couple of weeks to become good enough to do residential or commercial repairs. By the way I called a couple of home builders and they are very interested to have some work done. When a repair person damages a built in sink or appliance they have to either replace the appliance or give a substantial discount to the buyer. Paying $185 for the repair is the cheapest choice.
